1 General provisions

1.1. These terms set out the rules for using the krolikart.pl website, including the rules for making purchases in the online shop.

1.2. The owner and administrator of the website is Wojciech Królik, registered at ul. Bliska 14 m. 46, 03-804 Warsaw, Poland, e-mail: [email protected], hereinafter the “Administrator”.

1.3. Using the website constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2 Scope of activity

2.1. The krolikart.pl website sells:

finished paintings,
online courses,
PDF files.

2.2. The website also offers design and painting services, which require signing an individual contract specifying the scope, time and cost of the service.

3 Placing orders

3.1. Orders can be placed via the krolikart.pl website.

3.2. A sales contract is concluded when the Administrator confirms the order.

3.3. The Customer undertakes to provide true data necessary to fulfil the order.

4 Payments

4.1. Available payment methods are specified on krolikart.pl.

4.2. Payments for orders are made in advance, before shipping or before access to the online course or PDF file is granted.

5 Order fulfilment

5.1. Finished paintings are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.

5.2. Digital files (online courses and PDFs) are delivered electronically.

5.3. The delivery time and cost depend on the size and type of order and are set individually – provided to the Customer before the order is confirmed.

6 Returns and complaints

6.1. A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract and return finished paintings within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. A withdrawal statement sent by e-mail to [email protected] is sufficient.

6.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital files (online courses, PDFs) once downloading/playback has begun, to which the Customer consents at purchase.

6.3. Complaints about defective products should be reported to: [email protected]. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.

6.4. A consumer may use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the European Commission ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7 Design and painting services

7.1. Design and painting services require an individual contract specifying the detailed terms of cooperation.

7.2. Delivery times, costs and service details are set individually.

7.3. Detailed terms of visual identity services and commissioned work – including scope, deadlines, costs, the number of revisions and rights to the works – are defined in an individual contract concluded before work begins.

8 Personal data protection

8.1. The Administrator processes Customers’ personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on krolikart.pl.

9 Final provisions

9.1. The Administrator reserves the right to change these terms.

9.2. The current version of the terms will always be available on krolikart.pl.

9.3. In matters not covered by these terms, Polish law applies.
