Terms and Conditions for krolikart.pl
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service govern the use of the krolikart.pl website, including the rules for making purchases in the online store.
1.2. The owner and administrator of the website is Wojciech Królik, with registered office at Bliska 14 m.46, 03-804 Warszawa, email: wojtek@krolikart.pl, hereinafter referred to as "the Administrator."
1.3. Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Activity
2.1. krolikart.pl sells:
- Finished paintings,
- Online courses,
- PDF files.
2.2. The website also offers design and painting services, which require a separate contract specifying the scope, time, and cost of the service.
3. Placing Orders
3.1. Orders can be placed through the krolikart.pl website.
3.2. The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Administrator.
3.3. The Customer is obliged to provide true data necessary for the execution of the order.
4. Payments
4.1. Available payment methods are specified on the krolikart.pl website.
4.2. Payments for orders are made in advance, before their shipment or access to the online course or PDF file is granted.
5. Order Fulfillment
5.1. Finished paintings are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
5.2. Digital files (online courses and PDFs) are delivered electronically.
5.3. The order fulfillment time is given for each product.
6. Returns and Complaints
6.1. The Customer has the right to return finished paintings within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
6.2. Returns do not apply to digital files (online courses, PDFs) after they have been downloaded.
6.3. Complaints regarding defective products should be submitted to the following email address: reklamacja@krolikart.pl.
7. Design and Painting Services
7.1. Design and painting services require a separate contract specifying the detailed terms of cooperation.
7.2. Deadlines, costs, and details of services are determined individually.
8. Personal Data Protection
8.1. The Administrator processes Customers' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at krolikart.pl.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service.
9.2. The current version of the Terms of Service will always be available at krolikart.pl.
9.3. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
