A detail costs like a project
A single post quoted separately costs several times more than the same post from a monthly pool. Brief, quote and approvals can eat more than the graphic itself.

← Back to servicesThis page is not in the menu. I open it to clients I have already worked with, because a subscription only makes sense once I know your brand and we don't start from scratch on every graphic. There are two models: ongoing graphic support billed in project units, or patronage, where you build a balance for a future project month by month.

After the big project you come back with one graphic for a post. Two weeks later a flyer, in March a banner for a trade fair. Every time you describe the task from scratch, I quote it, we agree a date. On a detail that start-up cost is higher than the work itself.

The need is constant but too small for a full-time designer. That leaves hunting freelancers and explaining the brand all over again.
On a subscription your tasks enter my list ahead of one-off commissions. You do not wait behind someone who wrote yesterday.
I keep your company in the back of my head all month and speak up myself when I see the communication starting to drift.
Patronage starts with a decision to back a maker you have already worked with. The balance grows along the way and stays entirely at your disposal.
You roughly know the piece you want at home, but it is a sizeable one-off cost. You spread it over months and order when the moment comes.
One model works every month, the other saves for later. Full terms for both below.

12-month contract
An ongoing graphic system based on Project Units. A flexible pool to manage priorities, every month.

Open-ended contract
You become a patron. You build a Project Balance month by month, and when your vision matures we realise it together.
The contract looks similar, but from the first month the two paths run in different directions. On the left we work every month, on the right the money waits until you say when.
A PU turns your graphic needs into a transparent, flexible quote. You manage priorities within the monthly limit.
A Project Unit (PU) is a notional measure of design effort. Each service has an indicative point value, and you manage priorities within the monthly limit of 10 PU. We set the valuation individually before the month starts.
* Each service's point value is confirmed individually based on the project's complexity and scope.

// Transfer of rights
Under both subscription models, once the work is accepted and settled, I transfer to you the full economic copyright to the created Works, with no time or territorial limits.
You can freely use the finished designs for any purpose: advertising, marketing and publishing, with no additional licence fees.
// What the transfer covers
Sketches, drafts and unaccepted concepts remain the Artist's property. I transfer rights only to finally accepted Works.
Up to 2 PU roll over to the next month. The rest closes with the month, because the pool reserves my time, and time cannot be put aside for later.
The contract turns open-ended, and from then on either side can end it with one month notice. You do not sign anything again.
Full visual identity, artistic paintings and renderings, and coding or running websites. Those are separate projects, quoted outside the pool.
We agree the extra scope and its price before any work starts. Nothing moves without your approval.
From the day you give notice you have 6 months to place an order and use the balance. The money does not come back as cash, but until then it is fully yours.
You cover the difference on terms set in the specification you approve before the start. If it comes out cheaper, the rest stays on your balance.
Yes. I keep a record of the payments and send you a report with the current balance whenever you ask.
